You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, one-time passcodes, devices, and account information. Notify Reefmont Capital immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

4. Services

Reefmont Capital provides approved clients with deposit accounts, payments, domestic and international transfers, card services, credit facilities, digital banking, and related services under the applicable product terms.

5. Compliance

You agree to provide accurate information and any documentation requested for compliance, risk, fraud prevention, regulatory, or operational purposes. Reefmont Capital may decline, restrict, suspend, or close accounts when required by law, regulation, internal policy, or compliance review.

6. Fees and Charges

Fees may apply to accounts, transactions, products, or services. Fees may vary by account type, transaction type, product, currency, and client relationship. Applicable fees should be reviewed before using a service.

7. Transfers and Payments

Transfers are subject to verification, transaction monitoring, available funds, cut-off times, fees, correspondent banking requirements, sanctions screening, and applicable laws. Additional information may be required before a transfer is processed.

8. Credit Products

Credit facilities are subject to application, underwriting, affordability assessment, collateral review when part of the facility, approval, fees, and written terms. Any indicative rate or estimate does not constitute a binding offer of credit.

9. Data Protection

Personal and financial information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal, regulatory, security, and operational requirements.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use any Reefmont Capital service for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, sanctioned, unauthorized, or high-risk activity, or to avoid compliance controls.

Deposit protection, if any, depends on the applicable law, account location, product type, and written disclosures provided to the client. Clients should review all account terms, fees, limits, and regulatory information before placing funds.
